This one day course is to provide formal training in how to carry out internal audits to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and auditing standard ISO 19011:2002. Who should Attend Individuals tasked with the responsibility of conducting internal quality management system audits within their organisation. Those thinking of attending this course should ideally have some knowledge of quality management systems. If not, some background reading is advisable before attending the course. Course Programme The requirements of ISO 9001:2008, audit planning, audit programmes, opening meeting, audit process, closing meeting, report writing, typical non-conformances, attributes of an auditor.
