ISO 9001 FOUNDATION

The aim of this half-day course is to provide delegates with an understanding of the aims and objectives of ISO 9001:2008 and the benefits that can be gained by operating an effective quality management system.

Who should Attend

Chief Executives, Managers and Supervisors wanting to gain a better understanding of the benefits, requirements and costs involved in the initial implementation and ongoing operating costs of running a quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2008.

Course Programme

The benefits and requirements of ISO 9001:2008, the certification process, ongoing surveillance process and costs, typical non-conformances raised at assessments.

Lecturing/Tutor input, group exercises, examples.

Certificate of Training

A certificate of training will be issued to those delegates who complete the course.

The tutor is very experienced in the field of quality management systems, a registered IRCA Lead Auditor and Member of the Institute of Quality Assurance. 

Chamber Certification is a UKAS accredited assessment body.
