General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Update

On 25 May 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within the EU is to change. This change focuses on how organisations and businesses collect, use and store personal data.

Customers, employees and stakeholders of Chamber Certification Assessment Services (CCAS) Ltd can be assured that personal data kept by CCAS remains confidential and is used both responsibly and safely. The data stored is used only in business transactions such as the processing of enquiries, orders and certification registrations/approvals. Additional practices have however, been implemented to ensure that CCAS remain compliant with the new GDPR regulation laws which come into effect this month and are outlined in our online Privacy Notice, https://www.ccas.org.uk/privacy-notice.
